All rates are based on double occupancy and subject to change. Additional guests over 16 stay at $10 per night. Pets are welcome at an additional charge of $10.00 per night on a conditional basis. Please call with pet inquiries. A deposit is required. If you need to cancel any part of your reservation, 14 day notice is required for a refund. If less notice is given a refund will be granted if we rent the room in your place.  In the event of an early departure,  you are responsible for all nights reserved. A $25 service fee applies to all cancellations.

Full payment of stay is due upon arrival. All Beach Harbor Resort rooms are non-smoking.
